Have you ever wanted structure to your lower body workouts but don’t have a clue where to begin, what exercises to utilise and how to progress ? Lift with Lois is exactly what you have been looking for.

Lift with Lois is like having a pocket PT at the gym with you:

  • There will be 3 different training plans that are all progressive in nature, and last between 8-10 weeks per plan.
  • There will be a beginner and advanced plan per each cycle (8-10 weeks).
  • Each individual will be enrolled into the interactive app where all the workouts will be stored and where all of your Personal bests will be tracked.
  • You will have the opportunity to upload progress pics within the app too (this is not mandatory but it will help with your consistency and program adherence).
  • Payment options are based on a new payment per program cycle (every 2 months), or one upfront payment of the full 6 months (which will be discounted).
